Delete Account

Delete your account in the app

To delete your Stiff account and associated data, open the Stiff mobile app, go to Settings, and tap Delete account. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Account deletion is permanent. After deletion, you will be signed out and your account cannot be restored.

What is deleted

Deleting your account deletes your Stiff account record, stored progress, stretch sessions, streaks, badges, feedback submitted from the app, and group memberships. If you created a group, the group may be dissolved as part of account deletion.

What may be kept

We may keep limited records only where required for legal, security, accounting, fraud prevention, or payment and subscription obligations. Subscription and transaction records may also remain with Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other payment processors according to their own retention policies.

If you cannot access the app

If you cannot access Stiff, email support@getstiff.app from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete your Stiff account and associated data.
